It’s a Pottery Party!
Try the Pottery Wheel:
So, you’ve always wanted to try the pottery wheel! Now you can in this fun 2-hour workshop. You’ll get some basic instruction and give it a go! It’s harder than it looks, but it’ll be a lot of fun! You’ll likely create something bowl-like and may keep your two best creations for firing. They will be clear glazed, fired, and ready for you to pick up in a few weeks and treasure always. Gather your own group of 6 people for a fun Friday or Saturday night. BYOB if you like!
Try the Wheel: Make a bowl-like creation.
2 hour session, $75 per person + hst.
Minimum 6 participants.
Handbuilding:
Make and paint your own functional pottery in a single visit. For a group of 6-12 participants.
You will stretch, roll, and shape the clay around a mold, and decorate it by stamping and painting. Each person’s project will be unique! I will clear glaze and fire your pottery and it will be ready for pickup within 3 weeks. Your pottery will be safe for food and for use in the microwave, oven and dishwasher.
Treats Tray:
Create a plate up to 8” in diameter.
2 hour session, $60 per person + hst.
Minimum 6 participants
Serving Platter:
Create a serving plate or tray 8-14” in diameter.
2.5 hour session, $70 per person + hst.
Mininum 6 participants
Mug:
Create a functional mug!
3 hour session, $85 per person + hst.
Minimum 6 participants
Other projects include: Pet Food Dish, Utensil Holder, Trinket Jar, Beer Stein, Garden Gnome.
